Our Favourite Healthified Halloween Treats

Healthified Rice Crispy Treats

My kids associate these rice crispy treats with Halloween and back in the younger days would come home from serious trick or treating, drop their candy bags and devour them.
🎃
I use Made Good Rice Crispy Cereal because they are delicious, made with vegetables, rich in vitamins and minerals and low in sugar.

Melt 1/3 cup nut or seed butter with
1/3 cup maple syrup (honey would work too)
🎃
Mix with 3 cups rice crispy cereal, press into a lined pan, chill, cut, eat.
That’s it.
