Revolutionary Miso Blondies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Line an 8x8 pan

 

Combine wet ingredients:

3 tablespoons Miso Paste

2 Eggs

3/4 cup Maple Syrup

1/2 cup @costco_canada Mixed Nut & Seed Butter

1/4 cup Olive Oil

2 tsp Vanilla

 

Combine dry ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Almond Flour

1/2 cup Coconut Flour

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

 

Mix wet + dry together

 

Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. I used white chocolate, if you wanted to make this dairy free, just use your favourite dairy free chocolate chips

 

Bake for 35-40 mins until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool, cut into 16 squares and enjoy.
