Breakfast Poutine

  1. Roasted smashed potatoes and sweets #fibre #betacarotene #potassium

  2. Wilted garlic spinach #sneakygreens #iron #VitaminC #VitaminK

  3. Cheese Curds #calcium

  4. Quick gravy - I used a #bonebroth powder #collagen

  5. Eggs cracked on top #protein #choline

  6. Baked the whole thing at 425 for 10 mins, then broiled for 2 mins to make sure the eggs are cooked through.

 

Win? They ate without complaining.
