Chocolate Bark

Valentines Kids

Is this healthy? No, I wouldn’t call it healthy.
But. It’s dairy free. It’s vegan. It’s gluten free. It has no preservatives or additives or fake colour. It’s delicious. And my kid helped make it.

Definite - They are going to eat crap on (yet another) treat filled “holiday”.
This is less crappy. And dark chocolate does have antioxidants and magnesium and increases natural endorphins, so, you know what? #letthembelittle #chocolateftw

Melt Chocolate and Coconut oil in a double boiler
- I just eyeball it - a couple of spoons of coconut oil, fill the rest of a small saucepan with chocolate chips or chunks.

Mix in to your base - we used Vegan Mini Marshmallows today - nuts, seeds, dried fruit, cookie bits, cereal - also all work.

Spread on a lined cookie sheet.

Sprinkle toppings - today we used crumbled potato chips, meringue chips, flakey salt and sprinkles - the possibilities are endless.

Freeze, break up & enjoy!
